Customer Service Representative provides first call resolution to our customers

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• First Call Resolution - Take ownership of each call from the onset of the call inbound and outbound
• Customer Satisfaction - Do everything in your power to ensure that the customer’s needs are met
• Call Handling - Actively listen to the customers’ needs and be interested in their issues they are calling about while displaying confidence in resolving the call
• Administration – Accurately logging all calls and using the provided tools and systems
• KPI’s – Meeting the relevant KPI’s set out for the position

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 6 months call centre experience
• Billing experience is an advantage but not required
• A proven track record of exceptional customer service in the current role
• An excellent grasp of the English language especially with ‘Conversational English’
• A positive attitude to work and career, demonstrated in the willingness to learn
