Job Description

The Universal Agent is a highly skilled person who is responsible for providing superior level of customer service, support and satisfaction for new and existing customers focusing on first point resolution. This role requires full ownership and accountability for the customer with the drive and passion to deliver options to ensure the customer’s needs are met through inbound and outbound activities. This role is responsible for inbound calls including assisting with customer and dealer enquiries, providing financing and leasing options to influence customer decision as a continuum of the sales process, processing and settlement of applications and consistently delivering a superior customer experience through excellent service quality, product knowledge and opportunity identification. This role also involves outbound campaign contacts to new and existing customers. Contacts will contribute to revenue growth in acquisition of new business by providing commercially astute finance and leasing options, increase customer value through cross selling and influencing skills and increase customer tenure through enhanced relationship management

• Minimum 3 years’ Call Centre experience with a proven track record in customer service delivery and of high performance
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to retain customers and build strong relationships gained through experience in inbound and outbound call centre
• Experience and understating of finance applications and decisions.
• Computer literacy – MS Word, MS Excel, database applications, keyboard skills
• Numeric ability.
