Job Description

The Back Office Administrator role is responsible with updating and maintaining the subcontractor database as well as gathering information to complete the data necessary

A Snapshot of your Role

• Maintain the Rapid Global Sub-Contractor Database
• Collect permits, licenses and other legal requirements of the sub-contractors
• Notify Kordia of sub-contractors with expired/invalid requirements
• Validate legal requirements
• Make calls to sub-contactors to remind and collect requirements
• Other miscellaneous day to day tasks

• With excellent English communication (written and verbal), listening and organizational skills.
• Adept in learning new workflows and tasks.
• Willing to take on responsibility
• Wants to grow with the campaign
• College Graduate
• No BPO Experience necessary
• Willing to do miscellaneous day to day tasks
