Job Description

Outbound Sales Representative is tasked to sell products or services over the phone from the call center. They usually dial predetermine sales leads generated from the campaign


• Deal with multiple sets of product information
• Listen actively, question appropriately and provide feedback to build customer relationships
• Identify and react accurately to the behavior and emotions of customers
• Influence customers to buy product, subscribe to service or enroll to a policy
• Document transactions and enter orders in the billing system with thoroughness and accuracy
• Maintain quality service by adhering to company and industry best practices and standards
• Maintain required sales goals on a consistent basis
