Job Description

Technical Support Representatives are the “voice” of our organisation, and therefore must be courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Our Technical Support Representatives are highly trained troubleshooters, negotiators, conflict managers, mediators, and solution providers. They represent the company’s culture, ethics and level of professionalism

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 6 months service in a technical account, preferably ISP but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Goal oriented
• Team Player with a “Can-Do” attitude
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt communication styles depending on the audience
• Strong Customer Service support knowledge, analytical, problem solving, team building and decision making skills
