Job Description

Quality Assurance


• Reports directly to QM
• Supervises and provides support to QAs
• Coordinates with Ops in dealing with management issues
• Prepare a monthly scorecard for QAs
• Regularly coach QAs on their performance
• Manage the performance of QAs
• Works with QAs on development plans to achieve performance targets when needed
• Send weekly and monthly QA reports
• Lead QA meetings and calibration sessions
• Resolve escalated disputes
• Lead a weekly QA-Ops meeting to discuss QA issues and action plans
• Initiate programs aimed at driving quality
• Ensure that QAs are able to meet their audit productivity and coverage targets
• Manage the QAs' and SCs' payroll and tracks their schedule
• Train QAs on new processes
• Develop POCs, sets long-term plans for career growth


• Proficient in MS Applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
• Has basic knowledge in doing reports including analysis and action planning
• Familiar with basic email and IM etiquette
• Can communicate effectively, both verbal and written
• Analytical and with good decision-making skills
• Has good leadership and management skills
• Has good coaching skills
• Has good interpersonal skills
• Has good listening skills and comprehension
• Can work effectively and efficiently
• Can work with minimal supervision
