Job Description

. As the Content Manager you’ll oversee strategy, development, execution and delivery of digital and print content across all our channels. You’ll also play a key role in the success of our inbound and outbound marketing campaigns


• Plan and execute a content strategy that drives high engagement.
• Serve as editor-in-chief for all content to ensure quality, clarity and consistency.
• Collect, monitor and analyze social and website metrics, and make improvements accordingly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and adjust the content strategy as needed.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create promotional concepts.
• Manage the distribution of content across all channels.
• Deliver high-quality content adhering to strict timelines and requirements as requested.
• Manage the communications workflow, process and editorial calendar.
• Manage a team of writers for maximum productivity and top-quality work, in all areas of communication: SEO and PPC campaigns, award nominations, website content, sales collateral, blog and social posts, event communications, internal communications, etc.
• Abide by established brand style guidelines and formats.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to align all creatives.
• Copy-edit and proofread digital and print material.
• Manage and optimize digital copy content libraries.
• Research and analyze relevant topics to ensure fresh content.
• Coordinate well with other departments to gather accurate and up-to-date content.
• Promote and demonstrate Acquire’s values internally and externally.


• With a Communications, Journalism, Marketing or Humanities-related degree.
• With an understanding of content marketing tactics, such as SEO, digital advertising and social media marketing.
• With a demonstrated ability to lead content marketing campaigns.
• Strong Google Analytics, WordPress and Adobe Acrobat/Illustrator skills.
• 5+ years of experience in Content Marketing.
• With excellent English communication, listening and organizational skills.
• With keen attention to detail and knack for multi-tasking.
• Adaptable to working collaboratively or under minimal supervision as needed.
• Adept in learning new workflows and tasks.
