Our People Operations team is looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition for our Manila offices who will support Airtasker with its resourcing requirements as we face rapid scale.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

  • The full recruitment cycle for assigned critical business functions - including job postings/advertisements, headhunting passive talent, innovative sourcing, filtering and screening, and assisting prospective candidates through the application process till the offer close

  • Ensuring best practice recruitment and marketing/growth tactics are utilized and instituted

  • Promoting a data-driven talent acquisition approach

  • Shaping Airtasker's employer branding strategy and ensuring execution of the story and brand between all distribution channels by assuming the role of brand ambassador

  • Maintaining an open and flexible work flow that enables constant collaboration with key stakeholders

  • Support growth into international markets

A BIT ABOUT YOU

  • 3-5 years of end to end recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to or interest in broader HR

  • Proven relevant experience in a tech product company, ideally in a fast-growing start up scenario

  • Good understanding of core marketing principles is desirable

  • Excellent relationship building skills: ability to manage and develop wide stakeholder relations

  • Outstanding written and communication skills

  • A strong growth mindset with a focus on data centric decision making capabilities

  • Keen focus on attention to detail and meticulous organisational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
