The Business Development Manager is responsible prospecting opportunities, cold calling leads and converting leads into appointment for a Commercial Sales Manager. You will be working with a highly skilled team at the campaign and this is a great opportunity to develop real sales skills that will set you apart from the rest.


  • Prospecting B2B opportunities

  • Maintain 80-100 calls/day out to prospects, and generate 1 appointment per hour

  • Adhere to lead generation guidelines as communicated

  • Upholding the highest levels of integrity and customer service


  • 1-2 years of inside sales or lead generation experience

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Ability to operate from a positive mind set

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Self-Organized, with an attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and follow specific processes
