The Project Manager’s role is to work with our technology implementation partner to manage the Workday implementation through the various phases, managing scope change, budget control, ensuring decisions are made in a timely manner and reporting progress to the business across different geographical and functional areas.


  • Project manage delivery of project within constraints

  • Manage stakeholders’ expectations and governance

  • Ensure decision making is effective and timely

  • Develop and update project plan

  • Establish realistic schedules that reflect not only the technical ability to deliver, but also the ability of users to participate in the project

  • Develop and review details project work plans

  • Establish/ enhance reporting mechanisms

  • Ensure that realistic project status reports are produced and distributed on a regular basis

  • Conduct regular status meetings

  • Present regular high-level reports to the Steering Committee

  • Ensure project objectives and business expectations are met

  • Monitor and control project progress

  • Implement proactive measures when the project deviates from its plan

  • Monitor the quality assurance, deliverable acceptance and sign-off process

  • Oversee project change control and issue resolution processes

  • Ensure that strong project sponsorship is maintained

  • Monitor and manage project risk

  • Maintain continuous communication with the project teams

  • Determine skills requirements

  • Identify required resources

  • Monitor and manage user expectations

  • Review milestones as the project progresses

  • Delegate responsibilities to team leaders/ subject matter experts as appropriate

  • Manage relationships with ERP software vendor (Workday), technology implementation partner and other external vendors of resources

  • Identify and manage resistance

  • Management of change

  • Coordinate milestone deliverable sign-off

  • Implement appropriate corrective actions when progress deviates from plan


  • Should have at least 8 years hands-on implementation experience in any large ERP products like Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft OR SAP Financial Management and HCM Products.

  • Workday Financial Management and HCM implementation experience is an added advantage.

  • PMI/PMP Certification is an added advantage.

  • Highly motivated, self-starter.

  • Open to international travel to Australia, USA, and the Dominican Republic.

  • Excellent communication at all levels of the business and staff, especially ability to express ideas both verbally and in written form in a comprehensive manner.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills/ high emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage team members located in different sites in the Philippines, Australia, USA and the Dominican Republic.

  • Ability to influence others to perform tasks.

  • Self-motivated and proactive individual with strong planning skills.

  • Resilience, ability to adapt to change.
