  • Tasked to provide customers with exceptional levels of service and turn them into passionate advocates

  • Ensure that the customers leverage more of the platform and ultimately become customers for life.

  • Ensure that customers are familiar with the client’s services by providing answers to any question or inquiries that they may have

  • Responsible for a positive and pro-active customer experience and will be the first point of contact for client’s Sales Team and Customers

A BIT ABOUT YOU

  • 1-2 years in customer service

  • Must have the ability to multi task

  • A team player and thrives on Customer care

  • Can adapt in a fast paced predominately inbound customer service environment.

  • Efficiently able to answer calls and respond to inbound email enquiries.

  • Exceptional communication & customer service skills

  • Outstanding problem solving/trouble shooting skills

  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and within the team

  • Tech-savvy

  • Highly organized and efficient with great attention to detail

  • Pro-active, Trustworthy, Committed, Self-Motivated
