To contact prospects with the objective of signing retailers for Long Distance phonecards products. To meet overall sales targets, performance targets and standards as specified. Take responsibility for personal performance by constructively self assessing performance against SLA’s / KPI’s. To enter details into the database as required


  • Deal with multiple sets of product information

  • Listen actively, question appropriately and provide feedback to build customer relationships

  • Identify and react accurately to the behavior and emotions of customers

  • Influence customers to buy product, subscribe to service or enroll to a policy

  • Document transactions and enter orders in the billing system with thoroughness and accuracy
