The Salesforce Analyst is responsible for establishing real time KPI dashboard to ensure daily expected requirements are achieved.

SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

  • Daily verification of sales team activities to ensure accurate reporting of teams’ results

  • Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements

  • Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clients

  • Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet a client’s business requirements and fulfill user stories

  • Daily support and administration of Salesforce users and processes including: user licenses and profiles, workflows, triggers, custom objects, configuration of page layouts, reports and dashboards

  • Train users in one on one and classroom settings

  • Troubleshoot and support end-users to ensure Salesforce.com meets their needs and keep pace with changes in program operations, policies and/or procedures

  • Support multiple business functions to identify, document and implement streamlined business processes

  • Partner with internal staff and vendors to align priorities and implement effective changes to the Salesforce.com system

  • Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements

  • Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training

  • Build reports and dashboards for internal customers

  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management

A BIT ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands on experience as Salesforce Analyst in the area of CRM (preferably Salesforce)

  • Experience with Salesforce.com platform is a must

  • Salesforce Sales & Service-Cloud

  • Previous Salesforce project implementation experiences

  • Functional & technical analysis

  • Strong customer facing

  • Previous consulting experiences

  • Agile mind-set

  • Hands-on attitude

  • Nearshoring/ offshoring experience

  • Stress resistant and adherent to on-time delivery

  • Strong work ethic, proactivity and flexibility
