Duties and Responsibilities

  • cold calling from a raw database

  • Refer prospective qualified leads to Charti’s Business Development Managers

  • Update CRM

  • Responding to customers on the Online Chat

  • Processing orders

  • Follow up phone call to customers regarding EDM’s

  • Building relationship with existing customers

  • Responding to inbound customer calls and inquiries in a timely manner

  • Be able to solve customer problems / concerns

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Team player

  • Problem solver

  • Able to multi-task

  • Self-motivated and take initiative

  • Experience in a call centre environment

  • Experience in customer service

  • Open communication with TL and Charti’s Client Service Manager

  • Achieve KPI’s

  • Relevant experience of 2 years
