Facilitate training sessions that align with the business’s strategy. Assist with special projects and maintain training documentation

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

  • Deliver two week induction training programme

  • Maintain and develop training documentation (including training manuals and materials)

  • Administer and organise training sessions (including training room/venue management)

  • Assist with identifying training needs and assist in developing training modules

  • Schedule training (including correspondence to employees and management

  • Assist with on-the-job training

  • Keep up to date with best practice training methods and enhance knowledge and skills

  • Conduct verbal assessments, report findings and make recommendations

  • Observe performance on the job and report remedial action

  • Communicate training progress reports to management team

  • Track and manage training course attendance

  • Answer and respond to training related queries/ communication

  • Create timelines and work plans for training

  • Ensure appropriate supplies are available for training purposes

  • Provide training reports, as required

  • Maintain Asset Register matrix and documentation

  • Maintain and update training documents and electronic files pertaining to training records and projects

  • General administration duties

  • Assist with recruitment & selection (i.e. making contact with new recruits prior to start date to inform them regarding induction process and other relevant details)

  • Assist with various L&D projects

  • Assist operations with training related projects

  • Comply with all policies, processes and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook, Pioneer Leadership Principles and Code of Conduct.

  • Ensure that daily activities are aligned with relevant guidelines and legislation including Privacy Act, Trade Practices Act and NCCP etc.

  • Ensure all marketing is compliant with Anti-Spam Regulations and Guidelines provided by ACMA (Australian Communications and Media Authority).

  • Engage in informal and formal networking activities to build positive relationships with all Pioneer Credit employees, relevant external third parties, clients and suppliers.

  • Take reasonable care to ensure own safety and health at work.

  • Actively promote safety and demonstrate safe behaviours in the workplace.

  • Avoid adversely affecting the safety or health of any other person at work.

  • Uphold safety standards, identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety and advocate and adhere to all OH&S policies and procedures.

  • Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities, proportionate with the level of the position as requested by Pioneer Credit.

  • Due to the fluid and dynamic environment within Pioneer Credit, new, additional or changed position responsibilities may be required at any time.

  • Successful demonstration of change orientation is an ongoing responsibility for all Pioneer Credit positions.

A BIT ABOUT YOU

  • Computer literacy with Intermediate level skill in MS Office suite

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110)

  • Experience with adult learning principles including various training methods and techniques

  • Proven ability to plan, develop, deliver and assess training
