Manage inbound call queues to ensure all calls are answered within set service levels.

A Snapshot of your role

  • Assist in all provisioning enquiries

  • Make outbound calls to partners/customers and carriers to identify and resolve provisioning enquiries

  • Update the customer database and maintain accurate and current notes in all accounts that are dealt with

  • Address all provisioning type requests

  • Strong command of the English language, both oral and written

  • Team player, self-motivated and flexible

  • Attention to detail and excellent time management skills

  • Fast and accurate typing skills

  • Should have strong computer navigation skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to prioritize effectively and to multitask
