To ensure that the day to day data entry, quality assurance and image editing processes are completed accurately, as instructed by management.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

  • Perform high level Quality assurance by editing document images in a presentable manner. Including but not limited to:

  • Deliver high standards of work within the set Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) for individual projects

  • Maintain 100% attention to detail with all tasks

  • Maintain confidentiality and a safe working environment

  • Use the client’s Quality Control Policies and your assessment and judgement when performing Quality Assurance checks on scanned documents and keyed data

  • Complete Integrity checks on keyed data and resolve errors in consultation with the Operations Manager

  • Strong interpersonal skills to be able to work closely as a member of the wider team

  • Provide feedback and communicate any issues with the Operations Manager

  • Use the client’s equipment and applications responsibly throughout the digitization process

  • Adhere to all the client’s operational, human resource and health and safety policies and procedures

  • Fast and accurate data entry

A BIT ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in the imaging environment

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Ability to work autonomously

  • Time management

  • Ability to plan work with the guidance of the Operations Manager to establish appropriate priorities

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience with document indexing and data entry

  • Experience in Microsoft Suite preferred

  • Average of 60WPM preferred
