As a Fraud Analyst, you will be part of a rapidly scaling customer support team in Manila with opportunities to make a real impact in a hyper-growth and solutions-oriented start-up workplace.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

  • Become the SME for Stripe payments within the fraud vertical: setup policies and procedures and ensure that they’re being followed

  • Responsible for reducing chargeback, as well as work with finance on revenue and loss reduction

  • Set up and identify risk and control measures

  • Conduct training & quality assurance

  • Work closely with Sydney & Manila AirSupport team

A BIT ABOUT YOU

  • 3-5 years’ experience within the fraud & payments line of business, ideally within email & chat support

  • Sound expertise in Stripe or similar payment gateways

  • Experience with a rules-based fraud detection system (e.g Falcon, Kount, Radar, Sift Science)

  • Strong risk and control awareness

  • Candidates with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or any business related course is preferred
