As a Senior Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the overall development, implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System.


  • Research and assess the needs and expectations of our clients and the regulatory environment we are governed by

  • Be a main contributor to the successful attainment of the ISO 9001 certification, while maintaining our existing ISO 27001 certification

  • Accountable to identify and request any required tools, to implement your plan and eventually build your team

  • Ensure all of the activities associated with quality operate at the highest possible standard and that the intelligence gained about business, process and agent level effectiveness are used to continually improve our operations


  • 10 years working in Quality with at least 5 years as Manager

  • Proven ability to build and manage a Quality Management System and Quality Team

  • Expert-level knowledge of compliance and process enhancement methods

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with MS-Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

  • Bachelor degree and/or equivalent industry experience

  • Ability to travel to Australia

  • Successfully scaled and managed a quality team

  • Prior experience in the collections industry and/or fintech ecosystem

  • A strong technical acumen

  • Interest in the startup and technology space

  • Project management experience is a plus
