- Tasked to provide customers with exceptional levels of service and turn them into passionate advocates
- Ensure that the customers leverage more of the platform and ultimately become customers for life.
- Ensure that customers are familiar with the client’s services by providing answers to any question or inquiries that they may have
- Responsible for a positive and pro-active customer experience and will be the first point of contact for client’s Sales Team and Customers

- 1-2 years in customer service
- Must have the ability to multi task
- A team player and thrives on Customer care
- Can adapt in a fast paced predominately inbound customer service environment.
- Efficiently able to answer calls and respond to inbound email enquiries.
- Exceptional communication & customer service skills
- Outstanding problem solving/trouble shooting skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and within the team
- Highly organized and efficient with great attention to detail
