Work with the L&D Team to catalyze improvement with regard to training execution & application

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

  • Facilitate classes for employee competency development

  • Review course curricula and provide feedback for continuous improvement

  • Ensure Training Quality Guidelines/Processes are followed

  • Provide the necessary documentation for all classes facilitated

  • Work with the L&D Team to catalyze improvement with regard to training execution & application

  • Verify training effectiveness through floor observations; conduct supervisor audits to validate effectiveness of training and track post training results

  • Evaluate classroom feedback to find ways on how to improve class facilitation

  • Conduct training needs analysis, research and create new training initiatives to strengthen the skill set of Acquire BPO Employees

  • Design and develop instructional material for training courses that support employee competency development

  • Identify training/performance gaps and come up with action plans for improvement

  • Revise and improve existing training materials to keep track with the developmental needs of employees

  • Will be handling multiple sites

A BIT ABOUT YOU

  • College graduate; Masters degree/Six Sigma certification a plus

  • At least 1 year experience on leadership training or equivalent

  • Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule

  • Must be willing to travel to all Metro Manila Sites to deliver training programs

  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills and technical writing skills

  • Excellent presentation/facilitation skills

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) and ID platform applications (e-learning, page turners, LMS, etc.)

  • Proficient in training needs analysis and able to translate collated data to training materials targeting opportunities identified

  • Able to develop modules/curriculum based on the demands of the program

  • Knowledge and application of the Kirk Patrick Model

  • Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Able to work under pressure of completing task deadlines
