A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

  • You will be promoting a culture of data integrity and process excellence using Tableau as the main reporting tool

  • You will own process mapping, report preparation and analysis for stakeholders in Sydney & Manila. This would include identifying, analysing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets for process improvement initiatives

  • Analyse productivity and performance within the customer support function and provide guidance/recommendations to team leaders and managers
