DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer the telephone and redirect them to appropriate staff members

  • Receive and send e-mails, letters, fax, etc.

  • Greet visitors and entertain them

  • Distribute company brochures

  • Provide pertinent information about the company's main activities, products or services

  • Take appointments

  • Handle the correspondence

  • Order and maintain office supplies

  • Locate and negotiate with external suppliers

  • Keep all databases and documents archive updated

  • Make travel accommodation

  • Handle minor complaints or misunderstandings

  • Handle show-rooms

  • Provide support to organize events and protocol

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably BS Psychology graduate or any business related course

  • With at least 2 years of experience as Recruitment Specialist

  • Can work well at different levels of the organization

  • Good in oral and written communication skills

  • Can deal with executives and foreign nationality business managers

  • Aggressive/strong personality & highly analytical

  • Willing to do fieldwork (Jobfair)

  • Keen to details and well - organized

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Willing to work on extended hours and weekends
