The Technical Sales Engineer is a partner-facing expert on Continuum’s products who helps to ensure partner satisfaction by taking partners through an evaluation and providing enablement, training, and support via phone and email.


  • Report to Technical Onboarding Manager (USA) and locally to Sales Manage

  • Become an expert in Continuum’s products and services

  • Provide pre-sales support and assist with product evaluations and demonstrations

  • Conduct virtual training sessions with individuals and groups

  • Focus on partner satisfaction and growth by helping them utilize full product capabilities

  • Answer business strategy, technical, and platform questions

  • Manage and respond to all inbound partner communication in a timely and helpful way

  • Act as the technical liaison between Continuum and our partners

  • Track daily activity in the company CRM application

  • Provide feedback on product features and priorities to the product management team


  • Technical aptitude in server & network monitoring and desktop maintenance activities

  • Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced dynamic environment

  • Superior communication, presentation, interpersonal and time management skills

  • Ability to assimilate new information quickly

  • Ability to lead a conference call, and work to troubleshoot and diagnose issues

  • Experience with a CRM Package such as Salesforce is a plus

  • Ability to take ownership of an issue and see it through to completion
