The Technical Sales Engineer is a partner-facing expert on Continuum’s products who helps to ensure partner satisfaction by taking partners through an evaluation and providing enablement, training, and support via phone and email.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
- Report to Technical Onboarding Manager (USA) and locally to Sales Manage
- Become an expert in Continuum’s products and services
- Provide pre-sales support and assist with product evaluations and demonstrations
- Conduct virtual training sessions with individuals and groups
- Focus on partner satisfaction and growth by helping them utilize full product capabilities
- Answer business strategy, technical, and platform questions
- Manage and respond to all inbound partner communication in a timely and helpful way
- Act as the technical liaison between Continuum and our partners
- Track daily activity in the company CRM application
- Provide feedback on product features and priorities to the product management team

- Technical aptitude in server & network monitoring and desktop maintenance activities
- Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Superior communication, presentation, interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to assimilate new information quickly
- Ability to lead a conference call, and work to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
- Experience with a CRM Package such as Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to take ownership of an issue and see it through to completion
