To provide real-time resolutions to technical concerns of customers, serve as a subject matter experts in resolving different technical issues and educate customers on technical aspects while ensuring customer satisfaction

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To provide real-time resolutions to technical concerns of customers

  • Serve as a subject matter experts in resolving different technical issues

  • Educate customers on technical aspects while ensuring customer satisfaction

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to simplify complex technical terms when assisting end-user

  • Call Centre Experience is not essential

  • Degree in IT or related course is preferred but not essential

  • Must have a passion for technology and/or computers

  • Have excellent troubleshooting skills relevant to internet technologies

  • Good English verbal and written communication skills

  • Understand Computer Networking and Internet Connectivity
