  • Highly competent in the use of computers & software (CRM’s), including Microsoft applications

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets in a contact centre environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic & collaborative environment

  • Experience in building & maintaining professional relationships with customers & internal stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively & deliver results

  • Must always exhibit a professional & courteous manner

  • Proven ability to work under pressure & adapt to change within the role

  • Previous experience in a technical role, with a basic understanding of Telecommunications products
