The ideal candidate will be able to mine and manipulate data from our Data Warehouse and deliver detailed and concise reports. Additionally, this individual will create and implement data quality metrics and standards that will serve as the foundation for marketing KPIs, specifically for the beauty brands that we partner with.


  • Conduct analysis, data mining, data exploration and data modeling related to brand marketing

  • Create story-telling visualizations, reports and dashboards that will be used to convey key business KPIs on a real-time basis to brand partners and key business stakeholders

  • Work closely with marketing and business intelligence to effectively create reports and provide solutions to key business problem

  • Complete post campaign reports to drive retention/repeat/referral among major brands that participated in a boosted campaign or jointly funded activation

  • Own post campaign excellence and process, to ensure success of performance and ROI

  • Present learnings and recommendations for key brands and analyze the campaign to gather strategic insights


  • 4+ years working in data analytics in an eComm and marketing environment

  • Start-up and rapid growth company experience preferred

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and strong experience working with large and complex data sets; Preferred Python experience as well

  • Hands-on yet strategic and able to make sound decisions with a strong sense of collaboration, urgency, and creativity

  • Ability to manage through ambiguous and subjective situations acting independently when needed

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, flexible to pivot with competing priorities and provide timely crisis management.

  • Strong experience working with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI or others a plus

  • Strong experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics

  • Strong experience with CRM systems

  • Experience with Brandwatch, Tribe Dynamics and social marketing reporting and through tools like Iconsquare strongly preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing or a related field
