Interpretation and understanding of customer contracts to ensure proper recording of revenues, interpretation and understanding of vendors contracts to ensure proper recording of expenses, and prepare Cost Center Reports , Revenues and expenses per clientcampaign

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interpretation and understanding of customer contracts to ensure proper recording of revenues

  • Interpretation and understanding of vendors contracts to ensure proper recording of expenses

  • Prepare Cost Center Reports , Revenues and expenses per clientcampaign

  • Prepare and analyze comparative reports on increases and decreases on revenues and expenses

  • Timely Update of Lead Schedules for month end

  • Prepare adhoc reports for Head Office

  • Check accuracy and correctness of all related expenses per cost center

  • Prepare and classify payroll entries per cost center

  • Prepare allocation of expenses for all cost center

  • Reconcile accounts, post journal entries and prepare adjusting entries

  • Reports, analyze and interprets financial, operating expenses and revenue information for management which include trend analysis, monthly comparative and identification of gap and opportunities

  • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly reportorial requirements to PEZA and BIR

  • Supports the Accounting Manager in all month end reports. Prepare month end revenue and expense analysis

  • Filing of documents

  • Assist with year-end financial audit

  • Constantly review all financial systems and procedures to ensure most effective methods use. Make recommendations for improvement in services, systems and procedures

  • Other related tasks that may be delegated by the immediate superior from time to time

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. CPA, Post Graduate studies a plus

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the BPO or call center or any related field is required for this position

  • Must be PC proficient. Experience with SAP B1 system is a plus. Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Attention to detail and accuracy with high stress tolerance

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City, Pasig or Quezon City
