As an Acquire BPO employee, you are responsible for complying and enforcing policies and procedure designed to achieve information security. You are also responsible for protecting credit card, personal and/or sensitive personal information that you may handle or process during your employment in Acquire BPO


  • Negotiate with debtors with the intent of finalising payment of outstanding accounts

  • Contribute positively to workplace morale

  • Ensure the security and proper use of the company’s assets

  • Demonstrate professionalism and positivity toward clients, debtors and other staff at all times

  • Ensure complete and consistent compliance to regulatory requirements, applicable legislation, and company policies and procedures


  • Minimum 12 months collections experience

  • Thorough knowledge of privacy legislation

  • Effective communication and negotiation skills

  • Effective listening skills

  • Excellent telephone technique

  • Sound PC skills

  • Ability to diffuse tense situations and remain calm with aggressive debtors
