This role provides administrative assistance to the Auto Operations Network as part of the central operations administrative team. The team provides administrative support to ensure maximum customer service standards are provided and key SLA’s are met.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
- Identify correct part required for jobs through the interrogation of various third party portals and information sites.
- Obtain Price & Availability for non-stocked parts from the Vehicle Dealer Network and aftermarket suppliers.
- Identify Internal Supply options via SOH interrogation and “Supply Option Tool”
- Create Purchase Orders for one off purchases and place with suppliers. (Orders created in AX system)
- Update Part numbers, supplier pricing and comments in the Job record. (Jobs are updated in our CRM system)
