The main duty of the Consulting Coordinator is to onboard the partner who has purchased consulting, set partner expectations, create consulting agreements and schedule the first appointment with designated Business Consultants in addition to assigning Implementation partner’s tickets to their designated consultant. Other administrative duties will be requested as needed.


  • Responsible for contacting partners with new consulting engagements

  • Confirm product(s) purchased and assist with scheduling Consulting Services

  • Assign consultants to engagements per consultant availability and partner requested time frame

  • Create agreements for consulting engagements

  • Monitor boards to assist with scheduling and questions

  • Assign support tickets for partners in Implementation to their assigned consultants

  • Review new partner sales and update Implementation projects per the purchased training

  • Add consultants to new partner projects and schedule sales hand-off call as needed

  • Bill consulting agreements, consulting T&M tickets, and consultant expenses

  • For Virtual Admin partners, create project using work plan template, agreement, add VAS configuration, & add partner track for renewal reminder

  • Assist with scheduling scope tickets, review agreements with low balances, close exhausted agreements

  • For Professional Services Team, follow scope process to send out notifications, send and receive SOWs for e-signature

  • Bill Data Consulting and Professional Services engagements per the team’s direction

  • Schedule backup consulting team and assign tickets to the team for consultants who are out of the office

  • Purchase various items and book travel per managers’ direction on the department credit card and reconcile statement monthly with accounting

  • Assist Management with coordinating team events, scheduling meetings and communicating with the team and partners.

  • Work on additional projects assigned by management


  • Understanding of ConnectWise offerings and concepts

  • Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously
