Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to job offer for Corporate position

  • Conducts a job or profile analysis on the role requirements

  • Demonstrate knowledge in talent sourcing and networking for hard to find roles

  • Apply different profiling methodologies to test and assess skills, competencies and behaviors

  • Establish client & hiring manager partnerships

  • Conduct market research and gather insight on talent pool availability and salary rate competitiveness

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives via projects
