The role’s core function is to assist Imatech Netherlands in processing and inputting data into Navision, Netsuite and other systems.


  • Process quotation requests from Imatech’s customers by inputting the requested items to the systems.

  • Send purchase quote inquiries to vendors via Imatech emailing tools.

  • Process the offers received from vendors and decide on the correct statuses based on the outlined procedures.

  • Enter client's offer thru customers’ portal, and send related documents thru templated correspondences.

  • Send status updates, rejection notices, confirmation messages to the client's customers thru templated emails.

  • Process purchase orders by converting quotations or entering direct orders in the systems.

  • Send follow up to vendors regarding order confirmations and requests for earlier deliveries.

  • Communicate to Imatech colleagues in Netherlands whenever necessary.

  • Perform other related data processing tasks


  • Experience in data processing

  • Excellent in customer service.

  • With excellent English communication – verbal and written

  • Good listening and organizational skills

  • Experienced MS Office Suite User (at least Outlook, Word, and Excel)

  • With a knack for multi-tasking.

  • Able to work under minimal supervision.

  • Adept in learning new workflows and tasks.

  • With working knowledge of CRM
